We understand how disappointing it can be when purchases don't work out, and we do everything we can to make the returns process fast and simple. Items may be returned for refund or replacement, provided that you contact us within 30 days of shipment and items are in saleable condition.

Shipping charges will apply on all returned goods and any shipping costs on outgoing orders are non-refundable - orders that are marked "free shipping" will be assigned the same fee as the return rate. Orders that have been processed via credit card payment will be subject to a 3.5% administrative fee. A maximum of 25% restocking charges may apply contingent on the terms and conditions of our various suppliers.

This applies to orders that have already been shipped, as well as, orders that have been placed that are still in production.

EXCLUSIONS:
SpaBowls.com cannot accept a return or refund the following:
• Items that have been altered or mishandled
• Items with custom work or painting
• Special-order items not listed in our catalog or on our site 
• Items that have been installed or show signs of installation (markings, scratches, dents). 



RETURNING YOUR PACKAGE:
- If possible, please pack the item in its original shipping box, or a sturdy, plain cardboard box.  Seal the box completely, making sure the item is secure for shipment.

- Remove or cover any pre-existing shipping labels or stickers.

- Print the Return Number and return address label included in the email and attach it to the box with clear packing tape.   

- We will not be responsible and will not issue refunds for items that have been damaged by way of courier service or by inadequate packaging.

- For returns, we provide a UPS courier shipping label at a discounted cost. Returns sent through other carriers are subject to shipping fees at the customer’s expense. Please note that expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received, you'll get an email confirmation that your return has been processed. Please allow 2-5 business days before your financial institution will credit your card.
